Reading & Tea

What a better pairing!? Right? (most book readers will say coffee but overtime this has been a “like” that shifted for me) Lately, tea has been my biggest source of energy and has helped with avoiding to get sick (although sometimes it cannot be prevented, no matter how hard you try). But MOST importantly it has been my biggest source of  tranquility. It is extremely easy to lose focus. (Keeping it real  – my anxiety does not help!).

 So what’s my go to? Self-meditation, reading and TEA! More specifically  – BIGELOW Tea. The variety they have is phenomenal! A few of my favorites:

  • Lemon Ginger
  • Orange & Spice
  • Chamomile
  • Sweet Dreams (mixture of chamomile and mint)

Although it is not for all, I would extremely recommend to try. Even if that means adding a few spoonful’s of sugar. 😉
